My goal is to create a space where you feel welcomed, understood, and supported, and where hope feels possible again. I work with children, teens, young adults, and families as they navigate life's challenges, understand their emotions, build confidence, and develop healthier ways to cope.

Whether your child is struggling with big emotions, your teen is feeling overwhelmed, or you're a young adult navigating life's transitions, therapy can provide a supportive space to work through challenges and discover new ways forward.

You Deserve to Feel Safe, Understood, and Supported

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and confusing. Your child may be struggling with big emotions, your teen may feel overwhelmed by expectations, or you may be a young adult trying to figure out your next steps. Families can also face challenges as they navigate difficult emotions, communication struggles, and changes in relationships. Sometimes, it can be difficult to explain what is going on inside, even when you know something doesn't feel right.

You don't have to figure everything out on your own.

Therapy offers a supportive space to understand emotions, build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and explore new ways of navigating life's challenges.

For children, that might look like play, creativity, and learning to express feelings in a safe environment. For teens, it can mean having a space to feel heard and understood. For young adults, it may involve navigating transitions, strengthening relationships, and finding a path that feels right for them. For families, counseling can provide opportunities to strengthen communication, better understand one another, and build healthier ways of working through challenges together.

At KalliCo Counseling, my goal is to help children, teens, young adults, and families feel understood, develop the tools they need to grow, and move forward with greater confidence, connection, and emotional well-being.

Therapy is a space for support, understanding, and meaningful growth. If you are ready to take the next step for yourself, your child, or your family, I would be honored to connect with you.
